Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth referral process for individual patients, working as part of a team to deliver a client-focused service. This will involve using their own initiative to respond to unexpected and sometimes unusual issues, escalating them to senior colleagues where appropriate.
Requirements
- Excellent writing, data entry, and telephone skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work flexibly and effectively as part of a team
- Ability to maintain concentration and manage frequent interruptions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and trust
