Mental Health Crisis Intervention Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Health Care Support Worker to join our Mental Health Crisis Intervention Service in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire.
As a key member of our team, you will provide crisis and acute care in the community to individuals, working closely with registered clinicians to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out assigned tasks involving direct care, supervised by a registered clinician
- Participate in the development and implementation of high-quality care plans
- Establish effective relationships with patients, families, and carers
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to provide a comprehensive programme of care
- Working knowledge of mental health or learning disability issues, including legislation and medication management
- Standard IT skills and a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable experience of working within physical or mental health services
