Mental Health Crisis Intervention Health Care Support Worker

About the Role
We are seeking a Health Care Support Worker to join our Mental Health Crisis Intervention Service in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire. As a Health Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing crisis and acute care to individuals in the community.
Main Responsibilities
- Carry out assigned tasks involving direct care in support of and supervised by a registered clinician.
- Participate in the development and implementation of high-quality care.
- Work in accordance with specific practice guidelines and protocols to promote positive mental/physical/nutritional health with patients.
- Implement clinical tasks in care packages/care plans, document observations and actions as directed by a registered healthcare professional.
- Participate with other members of the multi-disciplinary team in providing a programme of care and to change the patients recovery.
