Mental Health Crisis Intervention Support Worker

About the Role
We are seeking a Health Care Support Worker to join our Mental Health Crisis Intervention Service in providing crisis and acute care in the community to individuals in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire.
As a Health Care Support Worker, you will be working closely with a registered clinician to deliver high-quality care and support to patients experiencing mental health difficulties.
You will be responsible for carrying out assigned tasks, implementing clinical tasks in care packages/care plans, and documenting observations and actions as directed by a registered healthcare professional.
Main Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing direct care and support to patients in the community
- Working closely with a registered clinician to develop and implement high-quality care plans
