Mental Health Crisis Intervention Support Worker

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Health Care Support Worker to join our Mental Health Crisis Intervention Service in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing crisis and acute care to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out assigned tasks involving direct care in support of and supervised by a registered clinician.
- Participate in the development and implementation of high-quality care.
- Work in accordance with specific practice guidelines and protocols to promote positive mental/physical/nutritional health with patients.
- Implement clinical tasks in care packages/care plans, document observations and actions as directed by a registered healthcare professional.
- Participate with other members of the multi-disciplinary team in providing a programme of care and to change the patient's recovery.

Person Specification
Essential
- Working knowledge of mental health or learning disability issues, including mental health legislation and medication management.
- Standard IT skills.
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
Desirable
- Willingness to undertake further academic development.
