About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Floating Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering one-to-one mental health support to individuals in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centered support to individuals in their own homes or community settings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized support plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support interventions.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a mental health or social care setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
