Mental Health Crisis Services Practitioner (Bank)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Crisis Services Practitioner to join our team on a bank basis. As a Crisis Practitioner, you will provide face-to-face and telephone support to individuals and professionals in need of mental health crisis services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals and professionals
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective service delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders and partners
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Experience in mental health crisis services or a related field
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality services to individuals and professionals
