Procurement Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Brush Group. As a key member of our Engineering Solutions team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for our Engineering Solutions and BRUSH Group HO, ensuring the business can deliver on operational commitments through effective management of subcontractors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement process for Engineering Solutions and BRUSH Group HO, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, optimize value, and implement new contracts where necessary to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Manage the business fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained and utilized.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of BRUSH Group indirect costs to identify areas of potential savings and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with the ERP implementation team to design and roll out appropriate processes aligned to Group procurement policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationship management.
- Experience in leading process improvement initiatives and implementing best practices to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Microsoft Business Central or Navision/Dynamics NAV) is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, results-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
