Senior Project Manager

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join ABB's Energy Industries Division as a Senior Project Manager. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of diverse project portfolios, ensuring that all project activities are performed in accordance with ABB policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the PMO Manager to lead project teams with clear guidelines, tasks, and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback.
• Identify, analyze, and manage project risks, sharing lessons learned on a regular basis.
• Monitor each stage of project implementation to ensure best practices in cost control, resource efficiency, risk management, and health, safety, and environment.
• Coordinate and track material procurement in collaboration with the supply chain.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience with a track record of managing project scope, costs, schedule, and vendors/subcontractors.
• Collaborative, solution-oriented approach, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Engineering degree, technical degree, or project management certificate.
• Passion and willingness to develop further in project management.
• Willingness to travel and engage face-to-face with our customers.
