Project Engineer Job Description

Office-based with travel to customer sites in the UK and potentially overseas

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team at HR GO Recruitment - Bishop's Stortford. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and timelines
  • Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring adherence to budget
  • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including senior management and clients

Requirements:

  • Industry experience in process equipment manufacturing
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in leading projects from start to finish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum, plus yearly bonus
  • Permanent position, with 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Opportunity to work with a market leader in processing equipment manufacturing
