Quantity Surveyor - Architectural Metalwork

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Kimbolton. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of assigned projects, tracking performance against contractual timelines, and reporting any issues to Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project finances, including tracking costs and reporting to Project Managers.
  • Submit monthly progress applications for ongoing projects.
  • Review tender allowances and submit variation requests.
  • Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop and update spreadsheet analyses regularly.
  • Ensure cost control is upheld throughout the procurement, delivery, and design phases.
  • Adopt a commercial mindset to identify and propose cost-saving measures.
  • Generate monthly cost and value forecasts.
  • Prepare tender and contract documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience working on large commercial projects.
  • Quantity Surveyor or similar qualification.
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
