Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development and Marketing Manager to join a progressive, collaborative, and forward-thinking law firm based in London. About the Role

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the legal or accountancy sectors in a business development and marketing role, with a proven track record of owning the bid process successfully. They will be responsible for the business development and marketing activities of two practice areas, as well as acting as the firm's Bid Lead for their key tenders. This is a broad role covering client mapping and targeting, deal pipeline, events, thought leadership, social media, pitches, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage the bid process for key tenders, including planning, strategy, and execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including fee-earners and partners
  • Collaborate with the wider business development and marketing function to achieve shared goals
