Adult and Children Safeguarding Specialist

The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes. We are seeking a dedicated Adult and Children Safeguarding Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will provide expert safeguarding advice and support to QEH staff, working closely with the Named Professional to deliver statutory requirements and safeguarding objectives. You will also contribute to ensuring the Trust meets its statutory responsibilities under relevant legislation.
Key qualifications include registration with a Professional Body (e.g., NMC, social work England) and extensive post-registration experience in safeguarding/working with complex child/adult protection issues. Desirable skills include evidence of short courses at master's level or equivalent, participation in leadership programs, and completion of a safeguarding supervision course.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive range of benefits, including opportunities for career development and professional growth.
