SEN Teaching Support Specialists

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as SEN Teaching Support Specialists. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with students who have challenging behaviour, barriers to learning, and in some cases Autism and/or ADHD.
About the RoleThis is a full-time class-based position, working closely with students with SEMH, ADHD, and Autism. You will be part of a supportive team, providing one-to-one or small group support to students.
The actual salary for this role is between £18,000 to £19,000 per year, which equates to a full-time equivalent of £21,988.
Requirements- A passionate and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience working with children/young people with challenging behaviour, Autism, or ADHD in a SEN school or mainstream setting
- Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques
