Job Title: SEN Support Worker

Job Summary:
Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated SEN Support Worker to join their team in Maidenhead. The successful candidate will work with children aged 3-18 with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and behavioral challenges. The role involves supporting students on a 1:1 and group basis, promoting their well-being and helping them achieve their academic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Support students with their learning and development
Collaborate with other SEN practitioners and staff to promote student well-being
Complete Learning Milestones and academic objectives
Work closely with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized education plans

Requirements:
Experience working with children with SEN
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Commitment to promoting student well-being and achievement
