MHR is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Enablement Manager to join our Sales Enablement team. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in aligning sales and marketing efforts to drive the successful launch and promotion of MHR's innovative products and services.
In this role, you will equip sales professionals with the tools, training, and insights needed to effectively engage customers and close deals. You will work closely with product marketing, presales, customer marketing, and product SMEs to create a seamless bridge between product strategy and sales execution.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience with data analytics and reporting tools. They will be able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and possess a proven ability to generate reports and insights from CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including access to over 60 internal training courses, 24/7 access to a GP through SmartHealth, and a monthly employee recognition program.
