Your Career

Step into the role of Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement Specialist and play a pivotal part in aligning sales and marketing efforts to drive the successful launch and promotion of MHR’s innovative products and services. Embedded within the Sales Enablement team, you will equip sales professionals with the tools, training, and insights needed to effectively engage customers and close deals. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to MHR’s growth strategy, leveraging your expertise in enablement and collaboration to deliver impactful results.


Your Team

As part of the Sales Enablement team, you will work closely with product marketing, presales, customer marketing, and product SMEs to create a seamless bridge between product strategy and sales execution. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll develop tailored messaging, coordinate impactful training sessions, and manage key events like sales spotlights. Your role will be central to fostering collaboration, driving alignment, and ensuring the sales team is fully equipped to succeed in engaging customers and promoting MHR’s offerings.


Your Impact

In this role, you’ll directly influence MHR’s go-to-market strategies by enabling sales teams to understand and promote flagship solutions, such as People First, alongside other product releases and data analytics solutions. Your efforts in crafting targeted training, managing enablement platforms, and driving consistent messaging will enhance customer engagement, streamline the sales process, and contribute to revenue growth. Your ability to tailor enablement initiatives to diverse sales needs will ensure MHR maintains a competitive edge in the market.


Additional responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver tailored GTM training sessions and supporting collateral.
  • Manage and oversee internal Spotlight events to promote consistent and impactful delivery.
  • Develop messaging aligned with product knowledge and sales strategies.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Presales, and other teams to ensure alignment.
  • Deliver integrated sales spotlights focused on product releases, analytics solutions, and partner offerings.
  • Utilise tools such as Salesforce for analytics and Seismic for content and training management.
  • Tailor eLearning materials to meet the needs of diverse sales professionals.
  • Present to sales teams during internal spotlights, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to support enablement initiatives.

  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Proven ability to generate reports and insights from CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proficient in using sales enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic) and managing content and training materials.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Confident communicator, capable of delivering impactful in-person or virtual presentations to sales teams.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for creating and delivering eLearning content.
  • Collaborative mindset, working effectively across teams to align product knowledge with sales strategies.
