Data Driven Product Developer

We are seeking an exceptional Data Driven Product Developer to join our Ice Cream Global R&D Team in Colworth, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gathering, managing, and interpreting data to drive innovation and product development.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Ice Cream Digital Programme by identifying and implementing digital solutions to improve product development efficiency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy digital tools that meet business objectives.
- Providing data-driven insights to inform product development decisions and drive business growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. A university degree or equivalent experience in food innovation or product development is required, as well as proven experience in the food industry, especially in product development.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including flexible working options and opportunities for professional growth and development.
