About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Data Management Lead in Bolton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to own the future and be part of a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage all IT activities and setup for the Bolton site, ensuring seamless operations.
- Lead the IT specialist team, providing support, coaching, and guidance to ensure success.
- Implement and enforce IT security standards, ensuring data integrity, reliability, and availability.
- Carry out daily and common IT operations for the site, including technical deployments.
- Manage local IT assets and coordinate centrally driven asset projects when necessary.
- Maintain close exchange and collaboration with local and regional management teams.
Requirements
- Information Technology studies or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure and systems maintenance.
- Industry experience from automotive is desirable.
- Collaborative and open-minded approach to develop and implement new projects and concepts.
- Passion for IT, data, and innovation.
- Experience in managing and coaching a team.
