Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform regular reconciliation of payments, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  2. Analyze financial data to improve payment accuracy and efficiency, ensuring seamless transactions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient problem resolution and process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in payment reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with payment gateways, merchant accounts, and payment processors.
  • Understanding of credit card networks (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
  • Awareness of regulatory requirements (e.g., anti-money laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC)) related to payments.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices in payment management.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location factors.
