About Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland?

Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland (CHSS) aims to enhance the quality of life for individuals in Scotland affected by chest, heart, and stroke conditions. The Partnership and Relationship Manager will focus on building and nurturing impactful relationships with corporate partners, community groups, and other stakeholders.

  • CRM System Management - The new CRM System will be implemented in January, and this individual will oversee its implementation and drive its progress.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting - Monitor partnership progress and evaluate performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Strategic Planning - Develop and implement strategies for growing partnerships, ensuring they meet both financial targets and the needs of CHSS's beneficiaries.
  • Advocacy and Promotion - Represent CHSS at meetings, events, and presentations, effectively communicating the mission and values to external audiences and advocating for the needs of people affected by chest, heart, and stroke conditions.
  • Experience in coordinating and delivering projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, with a focus on partnership or stakeholder-driven projects.
