The Customer Hub is accountable for delivering exceptional customer service to Cox Automotive customers across our portfolio of products and services, ensuring full delivery of contractual obligations, including achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), managing day-to-day processes, and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Carry out a range of administrative tasks to support both customer and business objectives, ensuring the retention of customer relationships by achieving mutually agreed business objectives and service level agreements.
- Escalation Point: Provide an escalation point for issues raised or observed and support with the resolution.
- Reporting and Data Management: Produce vehicle updates and reports for centralized accounts, coordinate and monitor movements of vehicles, compile and distribute internal and external reports, and receive, process, and monitor collection requests from vendors.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers and colleagues to identify and improve service delivery, attend review meetings and conference calls as required, and perform ad-hoc duties or tasks to support relationship management and retention of Cox Automotive customers.
- Communication and Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to speak with confidence to a range of customers at all levels.
- Interpersonal Skills: Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with various internal and external customers across all levels.
- Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail with a focus on quality and service.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrates good business acumen.
- Self-Driven and Motivated: Self-driven and self-motivated.
- Interpersonal Skills and Adaptability: Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work at all levels, flexible with the ability to embrace change quickly.
