About the Role
This senior leadership position requires an experienced SENDCO to oversee the development and implementation of SEND policies and procedures. You will work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to ensure students with special needs receive comprehensive support and guidance.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
  1. Developing and maintaining effective relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies
  2. Collaborating with the SLT team to establish and review SEND strategies
  3. Monitoring student progress and identifying areas for improvement

Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this role, you must possess:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)National Award for SEN Co-ordination (NASENCO) qualificationProven experience working as a SENDCO in a secondary school setting
