About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SENCO to join our team at Aston Education Ltd. As a Special Educational Needs Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of effective SEND strategies, collaborating with teachers to create personalized learning plans, and monitoring progress to evaluate the effectiveness of SEND initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver professional development programs for teachers and support staff
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of SEND provision
- Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and external partners to ensure inclusive education practices

Requirements
- Proven experience as a SENCO in a secondary school setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
