About the Role

We are seeking two dedicated SEN teaching assistants to support the academic and social development of children with special educational needs (SEN) in our school.

As an SEN teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and social development of children with SEN. This includes catering to various needs, including Autism.

You will provide one-to-one and group support to children with SEN in the classroom environment, collaborating with teachers to implement individual education plans for pupils.

Additionally, you will work closely with professionals such as speech therapists and occupational therapists to enhance pupil progress.
