About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Nursery Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, educational, and fun environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of nursery staff to ensure the highest standards of childcare and education.
  • Develop and implement engaging and educational activities that promote children's learning and development.
  • Monitor and maintain the nursery's budget, ensuring effective financial management and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive working environment.
  • Prepare the nursery for Ofsted inspections and implement recommendations to maintain our high standards.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
  • Proven experience in managing nursery settings, with a solid background in effectively leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children, staff, and parents.
  • Creative skills and imagination to design and deliver educational activities that promote children's learning and development.
