Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of nursery staff to ensure the highest standards of childcare and education.
- Develop and implement engaging and educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.
- Conduct regular observations and assessments to monitor children's progress and development.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive working environment.
- Manage the nursery budget and resources to ensure efficient use of funds.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and carers to ensure their needs are met.
- Ensure the nursery is always clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Prepare for and participate in Ofsted inspections and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
- Proven experience in a senior nursery management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
