About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a Senior Nursery Manager, you will play a key role in creating a safe, educational, and fun environment for our children. You will be responsible for supervising children, organizing activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification and a solid background in managing nursery settings. You will also need excellent communication skills, creativity, and a positive outlook. You will be responsible for developing and implementing an age-appropriate program of annual events and activities, preparing the nursery for Ofsted inspections, and updating parents and carers about their child's progress and behaviour.

Requirements

What to Expect
As a Senior Nursery Manager at Tops Day Nurseries, you will be responsible for conducting interviews for potential applicants, developing and maintaining the nursery budget, arranging marketing materials, and monitoring the condition of the facility and equipment. You will also be required to have an enhanced DBS which is on the update service and meet the requirements of the role.
