Senior Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a Senior Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursery staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nursery staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
- Ensure the nursery is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage the nursery budget and ensure financial sustainability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and carers to ensure their needs are met.
- Ensure the nursery is a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.
- Minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
- Experience of working in a nursery setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
