About the Senior Nursery Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Nursery Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a Senior Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for creating a safe, educational, and fun environment for the children in our care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being.
- Organize activities such as games, crafts, and educational tasks to promote learning and development.
- Communicate effectively with children, staff members, and parents to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
- Develop and implement an age-appropriate program of annual events and activities.
- Prepare the nursery for Ofsted inspections and follow inspector recommendations.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
- A solid knowledge of the EYFS.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures.
