Senior Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a Senior Nursery Manager, you will play a key role in creating a safe, educational, and fun environment for children in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support a team of nursery staff to ensure the highest standards of childcare and education.
- Develop and implement engaging and educational activities that promote children's learning and development.
- Monitor and maintain the nursery's budget, ensuring effective financial management and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive working environment.
- Prepare the nursery for Ofsted inspections and implement recommendations to maintain high standards.
- A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
- Proven experience in managing nursery settings, with a solid background in effectively leading teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children, staff, and parents.
- Creative skills and imagination to design and deliver educational activities that promote children's learning and development.
