About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Leisure Assistant/Personal Trainer to join our team at The Mole Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing a professional and friendly service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests in the Spa with direction and understanding of the facilities.
  • Keep the area clean and tidy for client comfort.
  • Host leisure facilities with colleagues.
  • Handle membership enquiries and payments.
  • Lead fitness classes and develop customized fitness programs.
  • Maintain facilities to the highest standard and report any issues.
  • Communicate professionally with guests.
  • Liaise with other departments for teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Certified Personal Trainer accreditation.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high customer service.
  • Flexibility to respond to different work situations.
  • Ability to work on your own or in a team.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or leisure is advantageous, but not essential.
