About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our UK team, who will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the agriculture crop protection industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage key customer relationships and develop necessary partnerships.
  • Develop customer knowledge and gain insights into target customer strategies.
  • Create and manage key account plans for sales and future development projects.
  • Provide feedback on account contacts and communication to the wider team.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing departments to ensure briefing meetings are well-prepared.
  • Use commercial and account knowledge to support campaign teams and ensure commercial success.
  • Work within the S&OP cycle with the Sales Manager to ensure accurate product forecasting and meet supply chain KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial background and excellent customer-facing skills.
  • Familiarity with Key Account Management techniques.
  • Direct sales experience.
  • Professional interaction with other internal stakeholders and end users.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
