Business Development Specialist

At eGain Corporation, we believe in empowering our clients to achieve unparalleled customer experiences. To support this vision, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist/Client Success Consultant to join our team.
Job Summary:
This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions to drive business growth. As a key member of our Client Success Team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design and deliver high-impact programs, and measure success.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for aggregating data to analyze client journey, identifying areas of improvement, and developing actionable recommendations.
- Your analytical skills will help you build stakeholder maps for clients and study their public posture on CX, EX, and AI.
- You will collaborate with operational and executive teams to develop and drive relevant AI Knowledge offers for clients, aligned with their strategic objectives.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree - STEM preferred
- Two years in customer-facing roles in enterprise B2B sales or service
Our Hiring Process:

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer an estimated annual salary of £60,000 - £80,000 based on your experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive compensation package, you will also receive benefits that reflect our commitment to your well-being and career growth.
