Job Summary:

This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions to drive business growth. As a key member of our Client Success Team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design and deliver high-impact programs, and measure success.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for aggregating data to analyze client journey, identifying areas of improvement, and developing actionable recommendations.
  • Your analytical skills will help you build stakeholder maps for clients and study their public posture on CX, EX, and AI.
  • You will collaborate with operational and executive teams to develop and drive relevant AI Knowledge offers for clients, aligned with their strategic objectives.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree - STEM preferred
  • Two years in customer-facing roles in enterprise B2B sales or service

Our Hiring Process:

We follow a structured hiring process designed to assess your skills and fit for the role. The process includes a written test and panel interview.

The interview will be scheduled no later than 7 calendar days after the test.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer an estimated annual salary of £60,000 - £80,000 based on your experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive compensation package, you will also receive benefits that reflect our commitment to your well-being and career growth.
