About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Assessment Specialist to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As an Assessment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in conducting daily assessments and maintaining detailed records and reports.

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Functional Assessor in the UK. You will be responsible for conducting three daily assessments, which involve evaluating the functional abilities of individuals. Your role requires upholding professionalism with all claimants, maintaining detailed records, and writing comprehensive reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of claimants' functional abilities on a daily basis
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessment outcomes
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on assessment findings
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in Nursing, with at least 12 months of post-qualification experience. You must also have active NMC registration with no restrictions and the right to work in the UK. Additionally, you will need to undergo full training provided by us.

  • Post-qualification experience in Nursing: 12 months minimum
  • Active NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Right to work in the UK
  • No prior experience as a Functional Specialist is necessary; we provide a comprehensive training programme
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £38,500 to £41,500 per annum, plus a 5% retention bonus and rising to 10% quality and retention bonus. You will also receive an OTE (On Target Earnings) of £45,650. Our benefits package includes a hybrid work model, bonus opportunities, and a company-matched pension scheme.
