About the Role

As a Clinical Assessment Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting daily assessments of claimants to determine their functional ability. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your clinical skills and experience to make a real difference in people's lives.

The ideal candidate will have 12 months post-qualification in nursing and active NMC registration with no restrictions. You will also need to have the right to work in the UK. Don't worry if you don't have prior Functional Specialist experience - we provide a comprehensive training programme to support your development.

This role offers a competitive salary of £38,500 - £41,500 plus a 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality and retention bonus (varies for part-time). You'll also receive an OTE of £45,650 and enjoy a hybrid work model, bonus scheme, and company-matched pension.
