ENGINEERINGUK is seeking a highly skilled Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager Lead to join our team in Engineering, Operations and Facilities Management.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual who wants to take on a challenging role as a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager. The job involves leading a team of engineering technicians, ensuring their safety by providing training, development, and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to work safely, efficiently, and to standard.
  • Collaborate with the wider network to leverage technical expertise and develop solutions.
  • Support the implementation of safety and statutory compliance programs.
  • Maintain equipment availability through preventative maintenance.
  • Organize training programs to ensure sufficient technical coverage.
  • Sometimes work on shift to maintain a strong connection with the team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Significant practical engineering experience with supervisory roles.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Multi-skilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines.
  • Experience with automated equipment, including packaging machinery.
  • Proficient in English and local language (CEFR Level B2 or higher).
  • Familiarity with MS Office and CAD software.
