Reliability and Compliance Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Reliability and Compliance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work across three locations, overseeing engineering compliance, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, and supporting audits and compliance activities.
">About the Role: The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in engineering compliance, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for maintaining strong knowledge of UK statutory compliance requirements, integrating engineering support across multiple R&D locations, and participating in audit preparedness.
">Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK statutory compliance regulations.
- Support cross-functional teams in resolving engineering issues and improving facility uptime.
- Collaborate with the team to complete site gap analyses and ensure compliance in identified areas.
- Participate in audit preparedness and assist in fronting internal and external audits.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in facility efficiency and recommend capital assets projects.
Compensation: Estimated annual salary range £60,000 - £75,000, based on industry standards and location. Benefits include 25 Days Holiday + BH, Flex Benefits (company discount scheme), and a UK Driving Licence: Essential.
