Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Technician Role candidate to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our reliability and maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment.

About the Team:

Our reliability and maintenance team works together to maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment across our global network of fulfilment centres. We handle most aspects of Amazon's technical side, from installing automated packaging systems to overseeing general maintenance and repairing key distribution equipment.

Key Skills:

  • Proactive and preventative maintenance skills
  • Reactive repairs and fault diagnosis skills
  • Latest tool proficiency
  • Health and safety policy upholding
  • Apprentice development and progression support
  • Continuous improvement project management

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Fully qualified engineer with relevant experience
  2. Qualification in a relevant engineering subject
  3. Experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
  4. Local language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Apprentice trained, HNC, HND, BSc, BEng
  2. Condition-based monitoring experience
  3. Print and apply machine experience
  4. Fault-finding and maintenance system experience

Estimated Salary: £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
