We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service and Operations Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services. As a key member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels
  • Resolving complex customer queries and complaints efficiently
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent, including Maths and English
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in financial services or a keen interest in it
