Secretarial Professional with Expertise in Law Firm Settings

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent, high-quality secretarial support to partners, solicitors, and staff.
- Prepare accurate, compliant documents and correspondence, including engagement letters, reports, and presentations.
- Facilitate the billing process by liaising with the Revenue team, editing bills, managing write-offs and discounts, and compiling final bills and narratives according to firm policies.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrated extensive experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant within a professional services environment, preferably with legal experience. A minimum of four years in a similar role is required. Additionally, you should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective and trusting relationships internally and externally.
Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £55,000 per annum. Depending on your level of experience and qualifications, your salary will be commensurate with industry standards.
