Job Summary:
Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and supportive Learning Support Assistant to join its team in North Somerset. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members.

The salary for this role is estimated at £95-£105 per day, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students with their academic and personal needs in the classroom and beyond.
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and preparation, and providing feedback to students on their progress.
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recent Graduate, with a 2:1 or higher (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working in a UK school (desirable).
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year.
  • Qualified Teaching Status (not essential but desirable).
