Learning Assistant Role

A Learning Support Assistant is required for a school in Redditch that specializes in social, emotional and mental health for students aged 11-16.
The ideal candidate will have SEMH or PRU experience and be able to build good relationships with the pupils who need extra support. They must also be able to follow instructions set by the class teacher.
Responsibilities:- SUPPORTING STUDENTS 1:1 AND IN SMALL GROUPS
- HELPING STUDENTS DEVELOP ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR LIFE BEYOND EDUCATION
