Coach for Individuals with Special Needs

Job Description:
As a Job Coach at Red Apple Education Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with special educational needs (SEN) to achieve their personal and vocational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to individuals with SEN in achieving their personal and vocational objectives
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, employers, and other stakeholders
- Assist with the development and implementation of personalized plans and strategies
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
Requirements:
- Able to drive and have access to a car
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

About Us:

Salary: Estimated £24,576 per annum (£16 hourly rate)
