Paint Robot Maintenance and Technical Support

We are seeking a skilled Robotics Engineer to join our Paint Operations team in Banbury. This critical role is responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of automated paint processes, ensuring equipment runs effectively to support safety, quality, and production goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide maintenance and technical support to paint operations, addressing equipment and plant issues to meet departmental targets.
- Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and support installation projects for new technology and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to IATF 16949 standards and follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes, reduce downtime, and increase productivity.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified technician with a mechanical/electrical apprenticeship, solid understanding of fluid flow schematics, and experience in robotic paint systems (B+M, Fanuc). Familiarity with preventative maintenance systems (CMMS) is highly desirable.
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
