Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Stirling Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity for a multi-skilled professional with a mechanical bias to work on automated paint lines and contribute to the success of our department.

About the Role

This full-time position involves performing planned and reactive maintenance across our paint lines, focusing on mechanical aspects but also requiring electrical expertise. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining up to 10 spray robots, fluid delivery systems, applicators, motors, and belts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of paint line equipment, including robotic systems and associated components
  • Troubleshooting and repairing complex issues with mechanical and electrical systems
  • Collaboration with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment
  • A Level 3 qualification in a maintenance discipline (NVQ, City and Guilds, Indentured Apprenticeship, HNC/D)
  • Prior experience with paint line maintenance and/or robotics maintenance is highly advantageous
