About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at MET Recruitment Limited as an Account and Data Executive. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience in business development, with a strong focus on building relationships with new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with production to quote bespoke products and coordinate projects that meet the specific requirements of our customers.
  • Monitor orders through production, dispatch, and delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer expectations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with existing and lapsed customers to drive account growth.
  • Follow up on leads to promote sales and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Provide after-sales care through follow-up calls and ensure customer satisfaction.

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in business development or account management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with production and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and meet deadlines.
