Job Title: Business Growth ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Growth Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and manage a business and territory portfolio in line with the agreed market development strategy.
- Plan and prioritize sales and customer activities.
- Manage product variation, pricing, and profit margins in line with the business growth aims.
- Update and maintain customer and prospective contacts, internal systems, and respond to and follow up on all sales inquiries.
- Monitor and report on market competitor activities to assist in the development of a sustainable and profitable business plan.
- Work closely with other sales engineers and production staff to ensure an integrated approach towards increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
- Organize local marketing activities within a budget and timescales, including product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions, and telemarketing.
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate at customer meetings and attend internal company meetings.
- Perform any other duties commensurate with the development of sales.
- Have a strong bias and interest towards technical and project management within an engineering environment.
- Experience within a similar industry would be desired, but not essential.
- To be able to communicate with all levels.
- Ability to work in a team and on your own.
- A full UK driving license.
