Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Growth Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage a business and territory portfolio in line with the agreed market development strategy
  • Plan and prioritize sales and customer activities
  • Manage product variation, pricing, and profit margins in line with the business growth aims
  • Update and maintain customer and prospective contacts, internal systems, and respond to and follow up all sales inquiries
  • Monitor and report on market competitor activities to assist in the development of a sustainable and profitable business plan
  • Work closely with other sales engineers and production staff to ensure an integrated approach towards increasing sales and customer satisfaction
  • Organize local marketing activities within a budget and timescales, including product launch, promotions, advertising, exhibitions, and telemarketing
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate at customer meetings and attend internal company meetings
  • Any other duties commensurate with the development of sales

Requirements:

  • Have a strong bias and interest towards technical and project management within an engineering environment
  • Experience within a similar industry would be desired, but not essential
  • To be able to communicate with all levels
  • Ability to work in a team and on your own
  • A full UK driving license
