About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Applause IT. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and fulfilling the hardware needs of our existing customers, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly sales targets by proactively calling existing customers to identify and fulfill their hardware needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing valuable advice and first-class service.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer requests, raise quotations, and handle incoming enquiries and issues.
  • Hardware and Licensing Expertise: Support customers with advice on hardware and licensing applications.
  • Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales opportunities.
  • Sales Initiatives: Contribute to sales initiatives and follow up on product offers and new products.
  • Documentation and Training: Prepare accurate sales order documentation and stay updated on technological developments.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven success in a targeted sales environment.
  • Customer-Facing Skills: Experience in a customer-facing role with a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organisational and administrative skills.
